Automation with AI
Automation that does the busywork, and people in charge.
I map the work your team repeats every week, then connect the tools you already use so it runs on its own. Where AI helps, I add it, and a person stays in charge.
Hiring an AI or automation engineer? I'm open to full-time roles and freelance projects in Europe.
What I can do for you
-
Content workflows
Drafting, repurposing and scheduling, with a person approving each post.
-
AI support assistant
Answers common questions from your own documents and hands the rest over.
-
Sales and CRM automation
Leads captured, enriched and followed up without copying between tools.
-
E-commerce operations
Orders, stock, invoices and emails that keep themselves up to date.
-
Email automation
Emails sent by what people do, such as signing up, buying or going quiet.
-
Document processing
Invoices and forms read and filed, with a person checking the exceptions.
-
Reports and dashboards
Weekly numbers from every tool, in one report that arrives on its own.
-
Whole-business AI setup
One connected system across your tools, with clear rules for the AI.
What you get
Four things you can count on, in all projects.
-
Hours back every week
A system takes the repeated work, so people spend time on what needs them.
-
Fewer mistakes and misses
Data moves between your tools on its own, and follow-ups go out on time.
-
A person stays in charge
AI drafts and suggests. Anything that matters still goes past a human.
-
Your data, handled properly
Workflows built with GDPR in mind, on European services where they fit.
AI that stays in Europe
-
Your data stays in Europe
Workflows and AI models on European servers by default.
-
European tools first
European automation tools and AI models, some you can run yourself.
-
EU law and standards
Built to GDPR, with AI that says it's AI and a person who can step in.
The EU rules and standards I work to
People first, AI second
-
A person decides
AI drafts and suggests, and a person decides what matters.
-
AI says it's AI
People always know when they're talking to a machine, from the start.
-
Tasks, not jobs
Automation takes over tasks, and your team learns to run it.
-
Checked for bias
I test results for bias and mistakes before launch, and keep checking.
-
Explainable by design
Every workflow documented, so anyone can see why it acted.
-
Your data, kept small
Only the data the job needs, never used to train anyone's model.
How I work
-
Map the work, then automate
I look closely at how the work gets done today before changing any single part of it.
-
The biggest win first
The first automation is the one that saves the most time, so you feel the benefit early.
-
Use what you already have
I connect the tools your team already uses before suggesting you pay for anything new.
-
Your team trained to run it
Your team learns to run and adjust every workflow, so nothing ends up depending on me.
Why hire me
-
Why not an automation agency?
An agency suits a big rollout across many departments, with a team on each one.
The person who studies your work builds it, and your team learns to run it without me.
-
Why not use templates?
Ready-made templates are a good way to automate one simple task in an afternoon.
I build on European automation tools, with checks for exceptions, GDPR and the AI Act.
-
Why not buy more AI tools?
A dedicated tool can be the quickest fix for one problem, if it's the only one you have.
Ten tools mean ten bills and scattered data, so I connect what you already pay for first.
-
Why not wait for built-in AI?
Waiting is fine if the busywork is small and nobody minds doing it by hand for now.
Most lost hours sit between programs, not inside one, and that's where I work.
From first message to launch
-
You write to me
Email or a direct message. Tell me what you need in a line or two.
-
We agree the scope
What gets done and by when, agreed and signed in writing before work starts.
-
I get to work
Short cycles, with something to react to early and updates in writing.
-
You own the result
Everything is in your name and yours to keep, with support after launch.
Questions people ask
What's the first step?
Mapping the manual work, then starting with whatever saves the most time.
Which tools do you use?
Where possible, the ones you already have. For new pieces I prefer European options such as n8n or Make, and AI models picked for the job, Mistral among them.
Is it safe to use AI with our data?
It can be, with care. I keep personal data out of prompts where possible, prefer providers that process data in Europe, and write down what goes where.
Will my team need training?
Yes, and it comes with the handover, so your team can run and change things without me.
What if something breaks?
Monitoring is part of the build, so problems usually surface before anyone notices, and I'm reachable to fix them.
Have a project in mind?
A couple of sentences is enough to start. We agree the scope in writing before any work begins.
