Terms of Service

The terms for using this site and buying what I make, in plain English.

Last updated 4 October 2026

The short version

  • You are welcome to read and share this site. What I wrote and made on it is mine.
  • The discounts page lists other companies’ offers. Its links are affiliate links that may earn me a commission.
  • My digital products are sold through Creem, which takes the payment, handles VAT and sends your receipt.
  • The wallpapers are for your own devices. Please don’t sell them or share the files.
  • If something isn’t right, email me within 14 days and I’ll fix it or refund you.

Who I am

This website, itsalekos.eu, is run by Alekos (ItsAlekos), an independent maker based in Greece. For anything about these terms, email hello@itsalekos.eu.

These terms cover using the site and buying my digital products. How I handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

Using this site

You are welcome to read the site, link to it and quote short parts of it with a link back. The words, pictures, wallpapers and code are mine unless the page says otherwise, so please don’t copy them wholesale or present them as your own.

The site links to other people’s websites because I find them useful. I don’t run those sites and I am not responsible for what they say or do.

Discounts and affiliate links

The discounts page lists offers from other European companies. Each offer belongs to that company and follows its own terms, which can change or end at any time. I check every offer when I add it, but I can’t guarantee it.

If you sign up or buy through one of them, your agreement is with that company, not with me, so questions about its product, price or refunds go to it.

The links and codes there are affiliate links: I may earn a commission when you use them. It costs you nothing extra, and I only list offers that give you something real.

Buying my digital products

My digital products, the wallpaper packs for now, are sold through Creem, run by Armitage Labs OÜ in Estonia. Creem is the merchant of record: when you buy, you buy from Creem, which takes your payment, charges and pays any VAT and sends your receipt, under its own terms and privacy policy. I never see your card details.

Each product’s page on this site says what is inside it. Some packs contain others: All buildings is Buildings 1 and 2, All symbols is Symbols 1 and 2, each mix holds half of the buildings and half of the symbols, and Everything holds all 64, so check before you buy two that overlap.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Most products are pay what you want: you choose the amount at checkout, starting from the minimum shown. Paying more than the minimum is entirely up to you and gets you exactly the same files.

Delivery

Right after you pay, Creem emails you a download link, and you can download your files again later from Creem’s customer portal. The files are standard formats (PNG images in a ZIP archive) that open on any phone, tablet or computer.

What you may do with the wallpapers

When you buy a wallpaper pack, you get a personal licence to use its wallpapers on your own phones, tablets and computers. You may not:

  • sell them, give the files away or share them with other people;
  • upload them anywhere others can download them;
  • use them in anything you make or sell, such as prints, merchandise, apps or other designs.

All other rights stay with me. If you want to use them some other way, email me and ask.

Refunds

If a file won’t download or open, if a pack isn’t what its page describes, or if you simply regret the purchase, email hello@itsalekos.eu within 14 days of buying. I will fix the problem or arrange a full refund through Creem.

Liability

I make this site and my products with care, but I provide them as they are, and I can’t promise the site will always be available or free of mistakes. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, and you can take a dispute to the courts where you live.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought something keep applying to that purchase.
